The Nursing Innovation Research and Resource Unit (NIRR), led by Assistant Professor Dr. Katemanee Moonpanane and her team, recently organized a presentation on the progress of the project titled “Routine to Research and Innovation by NIRR Unit.” The event featured participation from registered nurses from various hospitals across Chiang Rai Province, who presented their research proposals and received feedback.
This platform provided an opportunity for nurses to exchange knowledge and clarify any uncertainties related to their research projects. The outcomes of this initiative will be used to develop research projects that aim to enhance the efficiency of nursing practices, ultimately improving patient care and public health outcomes.

หน่วยนวัตกรรม วิจัย และศูนย์การเรียนรู้ทางการพยาบาล (Nursing Innovation Research and Resource Unit: NIRR) โดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.เกศมณี มูลปานันท์ และคณะ จัดการนำเสนอความก้าวหน้าผลงาน ในโครงการ “การพัฒนางานวิชาการประจำสู่งานวิจัยและนวัตกรรม (routine to research and innovation by NIRR unit)” ซึ่งมีพยาบาลวิชาชีพจากโรงพยาบาลในจังหวัดเชียงราย เข้าร่วมนำเสนอและรับฟังการให้ข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับโครงร่างการวิจัย ทำให้พยาบาลวิชาชีพได้แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้และซักถามข้อสงสัยต่าง ๆ ซึ่งผลลัพธ์ที่ได้จะเป็นตัวโครงการวิจัยที่นำมาใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์และเกิดประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานทางการพยาบาลเพื่อผลลัพธ์ที่ดีต่อผู้ป่วยและประชาชนต่อไป วันที่ 29 กันยายน 2567 ณ ห้อง 305 อาคาร E2
