วันที่ 27 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568 ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ อรนลิน สิงขรณ์ อาจารย์ประจำสำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ และรองประธานศูนย์ครอบครัวพลังบวกเจียงฮาย กล่าวต้อนรับผู้เข้าร่วมการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ จากสำนักงานวัฒนธรรมจังหวัด พัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์จังหวัด ในกลุ่มภาคเหนือ ๕ จังหวัด ได้แก่ 1) อุตรดิตถ์ 2) น่าน 3) เชียงราย 4) ลำปาง และ 5) แพร่ เรื่อง การพัฒนาศักยภาพกลไกแกนนำพลังบวก ระดับภูมิภาค (กลุ่มภาคเหนือ) ณ ห้องประชุมภูลานนา โรงแรมแสน โฮลเทล อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเชียงราย โดยมีแกนนำเยาวชนพลังบวก จากมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง และโรงเรียนราชประชานุเคราะห์ 62 จังหวัดเชียงรายเข้าร่วมเสวนา
On February 27, 2025, Asst. Prof. Onnalin Singkhorn, a faculty member of the School of Nursing and Vice President of the Chiang Rai Positive Parenting Center welcomed participants of the workshop organized by the Provincial Cultural Office and the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security of the five northern provinces: 1) Uttaradit, 2) Nan, 3) Chiang Rai, 4) Lampang, and 5) Phrae. The workshop focused on developing the potential of positive leadership mechanisms at the regional level (Northern Region). It took place at Phu Lanna Meeting Room, Sann Hotel, Mueang District, Chiang Rai Province. The event also featured a discussion with positive youth leaders from Mae Fah Luang University and Rajaprajanugroh 62 in Chiang Rai.
