The School of Nursing, Mae Fah Luang University (MFU), Thailand, visited the School of Nursing, San Pedro College (SPC), Davao City, Philippines, from August 18–21, 2025, under the International Collaboration and Academic Mobility Program.
Represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Jiranee Panyapin and Ajarn Nattaya Phadaennok, the visit aimed to strengthen academic cooperation, foster faculty and student exchanges, and advance global partnerships between the two institutions.

In addition, the MFU delegation engaged in global lectures for SPC nursing students. Dr. Jiranee presented on “Concepts of Sexual Health in Thailand”, while Ajarn Nattaya shared insights on “Health Systems and Community Health in Thailand” and introduced student exchange opportunities.
The visit also featured campus and facility tours, including San Pedro Hospital of Davao City, community extension areas, the SPC Health Center, the District Health Center, and the city’s 911 Disaster and Emergency Response Center. These experiences provided valuable insights into SPC’s academic and clinical training environments.
Discussions on graduate and postgraduate nursing programs laid a strong foundation for future collaborations in research, education, and academic mobility.
This visit underscores MFU School of Nursing’s commitment to advancing international academic engagement and creating meaningful opportunities for global learning and collaboration.
