วันที่ 15 ตุลาคม 2568 ณ อำเภอแม่สาย จังหวัดเชียงราย สำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง นำโดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ อรนลิน สิงขรณ์ ประธานคณะกรรมการบริการวิชาการและสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ จัดโครงการ "ยกระดับขีดความสามารถด้านการจัดการภัยพิบัติและฟื้นฟูพื้นที่ประสบภัยแบบบูรณาการ (Chiang Rai Model)" แก่ประชาชนในพื้นที่เสี่ยงน้ำท่วม ณ อำเภอแม่สาย จังหวัดเชียงราย
โครงการในครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ณัฐพล รังสฤษฎ์วรการ รักษาการแทนผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการศูนย์บริการวิชาการ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดกิจกรรม
การบรรยายให้ความรู้ เรื่อง “การดูแลช่วยเหลือด้านจิตใจเมื่อประสบภัยสะเทือนขวัญ” (Psychological Support for Trauma Survivors)
การอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ เพื่อยกระดับศักยภาพของ อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (อสม.) ในการดูแลผู้ประสบภัยในพื้นที่เสี่ยงอุทกภัย
โครงการดังกล่าวสอดคล้องกับยุทธศาสตร์ของมหาวิทยาลัยและสำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ ในการส่งเสริมสุขภาวะและการจัดการด้านสาธารณภัยอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ พร้อมทั้งสนับสนุน เป้าหมายการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืนขององค์การสหประชาชาติ (Sustainable Development Goals - SDGs) โดยเฉพาะ SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being
สร้างหลักประกันการมีสุขภาวะที่ดี และส่งเสริมความเป็นอยู่ที่ดีสำหรับทุกคนในทุกช่วงวัย
กิจกรรมในครั้งนี้สะท้อนถึงพันธกิจของมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ในการนำองค์ความรู้ไปพัฒนาและช่วยเหลือชุมชนอย่างยั่งยืน สร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างภาควิชาการและชุมชนท้องถิ่นในการเตรียมพร้อมรับมือกับภัยพิบัติที่อาจเกิดขึ้นในอนาคต
On October 15, 2025, the School of Nursing, Mae Fah Luang University, led by Assistant Professor Onnalin Singkhorn, Chair of the Committee on Academic Services and Health Promotion, organized the project titled “Enhancing Integrated Disaster Management and Recovery Capacity (Chiang Rai Model)” for residents in flood-prone areas of Mae Sai District, Chiang Rai Province.
The event was honored by the presence of Assistant Professor Nattapol Rangsaritworrakan, Acting Assistant Director of the Centre for Academic Services, Mae Fah Luang University, who presided over the opening ceremony.
A knowledge-sharing lecture on “Psychological Support for Trauma Survivors” — providing mental health support strategies for those affected by traumatic disasters.
A practical training workshop for Village Health Volunteers (VHVs) — aimed at strengthening their capacity to provide psychological first aid and support to disaster survivors in flood-risk communities.
This initiative aligns with the strategic goals of Mae Fah Luang University and the School of Nursing in promoting public health and effective disaster response. It also supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) — particularly: SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being (Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages).
The project reflects the university's commitment to transferring academic knowledge to communities, fostering collaboration between academia and local sectors. It serves as a model for sustainable community development and preparedness in the face of potential future disasters.
