วันที่ 20 ธันวาคม 2568 เวลา 08.00-16.30 น. ณ ห้องประชุม 305 สำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยหลวง จัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาความรู้แก่ครูและผู้ดูแลเด็ก งานสวัสดิการบ้านเด็กเล็ก มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง หัวข้อ “การดูแลเด็กตามแนวทาง Responsive care” โดยได้รับเกียรติจากอาจารย์ศรีสุรักษ์ เกียรติมณีรัตน์ อาจารย์สาขาการพยาบาลเด็กและวัยรุ่น สำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง เป็นวิทยากรบรรยาย

การจัดกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ

1. พัฒนาความรู้ ความเข้าใจของครูผู้ดูแลเด็กเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการดูแลเด็กแบบ Responsive Care

2. เสริมสร้างทักษะและทัศนคติที่เหมาะสมในการตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของเด็กอย่างอ่อนไหวและเหมาะสมตามช่วงวัย

3. ยกระดับคุณภาพการดูแลและการจัดประสบการณ์สำหรับเด็กปฐมวัยให้มีประสิทธิภาพและสอดคล้องกับแนวทางการพัฒนาเด็กตามมาตรฐานศูนย์เด็กเล็กแห่งชาติ

นอกจากนี้การจัดกิจกรรมดังกล่าวยังเป็นการส่งเสริมเป้าหมายขององค์การสหประชาชาติ (SDGs) เป้าหมายที่ 3 สร้างหลักประกันการมีสุขภาวะที่ดี และส่งเสริมความเป็นอยู่ที่ดีสำหรับทุกคนในทุกช่วงวัย (Good Health and Well-being)

On December 20, 2025, from 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM, in Meeting Room 305, the School of Nursing, Mae Fah Luang University, organized a knowledge development activity for teachers and caregivers of young children in the MFU Child Home. The topic of the event was "Caring for Children According to the Responsive Care Approach." The lecture was delivered by Lecturer Srisuruk Kietmaneerut, a faculty member in the Pediatric and Adolescent Nursing Department at the School of Nursing, Mae Fah Luang University.

The objectives of this event were as follows:

To enhance the knowledge and understanding of teachers and caregivers about the Responsive Care approach to child care.
To strengthen the skills and attitudes required to respond sensitively and appropriately to children's needs according to their developmental stages.
To elevate the quality of care and the experience provided for young children, ensuring it is effective and aligned with the national standards for early childhood development centers.
