สำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ มฟล. จัดการบรรยายพิเศษระดับนานาชาติด้านสุขภาพโลกและปัจจัยกำหนดสุขภาพทางสังคม/MFU School of Nursing Hosts International Guest Lecture on Global Health and Social Determinants of Health

สำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ร่วมกับ Nursing Innovation Research and Research Group (NIRR) จัดการบรรยายพิเศษระดับนานาชาติในหัวข้อ “Global Health Beyond Borders: Addressing Social Determinants of Health” โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก ศาสตราจารย์ ดร. Rohan Dexter Jeremiah จาก University of Illinois Chicago สหรัฐอเมริกา เป็นวิทยากรบรรยาย ในวันศุกร์ที่ 19 มิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2569 เวลา 09.00–10.00 น. ณ ห้องประชุม ชั้น 3 อาคาร M Square (M SQ) มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง

การบรรยายครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นการสร้างความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับประเด็นสุขภาพโลก (Global Health) และปัจจัยกำหนดสุขภาพทางสังคม (Social Determinants of Health) ซึ่งมีบทบาทสำคัญต่อความเหลื่อมล้ำด้านสุขภาพและคุณภาพชีวิตของประชากรทั่วโลก โดยวิทยากรจะนำเสนอแนวคิดและประสบการณ์ผ่านประเด็นสำคัญ ได้แก่ ความเป็นธรรมทางสุขภาพ (Equity over Equality) การดูแลสุขภาพไร้พรมแดน (Health without Borders) การส่งเสริมเสียงของกลุ่มประชากรชายขอบ (Amplifying Marginalized Voices) และการขับเคลื่อนองค์ความรู้จากงานวิจัยสู่การปฏิบัติ (From Research to Action)

กิจกรรมดังกล่าวเป็นเวทีสำคัญในการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้และมุมมองระดับนานาชาติด้านสุขภาพโลก ช่วยเสริมสร้างศักยภาพทางวิชาการให้แก่คณาจารย์ นักวิจัย นักศึกษา และผู้สนใจ ตลอดจนส่งเสริมการพัฒนางานวิจัยและการบริการสุขภาพที่ตอบสนองต่อความท้าทายทางสังคมในบริบทโลกยุคปัจจุบัน

The School of Nursing, Mae Fah Luang University, in collaboration with the Nursing Innovation Research and Research Group (NIRR), is pleased to organize an international guest lecture entitled “Global Health Beyond Borders: Addressing Social Determinants of Health.” The lecture will be delivered by Professor Dr. Rohan Dexter Jeremiah from the University of Illinois Chicago, USA, on June 19, 2026, from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. at the Conference Room, 3rd Floor, M Square (M SQ) Building, Mae Fah Luang University.

This special lecture aims to enhance understanding of global health challenges and the social determinants that influence health outcomes and health equity worldwide. Drawing upon his extensive expertise and international experience, Professor Jeremiah will address key topics including Equity over Equality, Health without Borders, Amplifying Marginalized Voices, and From Research to Action.

The event provides an excellent opportunity for faculty members, researchers, students, healthcare professionals, and interested participants to engage with contemporary global health issues and explore strategies for promoting health equity and translating research evidence into effective practice and policy.

Through this academic forum, the School of Nursing seeks to foster international knowledge exchange, strengthen global perspectives in nursing and healthcare, and contribute to the advancement of health and well-being across diverse populations.
