สำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ขอแสดงความยินดีกับนักศึกษา Kanyaphat Luangkum, Puttatida Thammawong, Karma Thinley Tshomo และ Deki Yangzom ที่ได้เข้าร่วมโครงการแลกเปลี่ยนนักศึกษานานาชาติ ณ Faculty of Health and Social Sciences, University of South Bohemia (FHSS USB) เมืองเชสเก บูเดโยวิซ (České Budějovice) สาธารณรัฐเช็ก

ตลอดระยะเวลาของโครงการ นักศึกษาได้เข้าร่วมการเรียนการสอน การอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ และกิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนทางวิชาการด้านการพยาบาลและระบบสุขภาพ ร่วมกับคณาจารย์ บุคลากรด้านสุขภาพ และนักศึกษาจากหลากหลายประเทศ เปิดโอกาสให้ได้เรียนรู้แนวทางการจัดการศึกษาพยาบาล การดูแลผู้ป่วย และระบบบริการสุขภาพในบริบทนานาชาติ พร้อมแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองและประสบการณ์ที่สามารถนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนาวิชาชีพในอนาคต

นอกจากการเรียนรู้ในห้องเรียน นักศึกษายังได้สัมผัสวัฒนธรรม วิถีชีวิต และประวัติศาสตร์ของสาธารณรัฐเช็กและประเทศใกล้เคียง ผ่านการเยี่ยมชมเมืองประวัติศาสตร์ สถานที่สำคัญทางวัฒนธรรม และการสร้างมิตรภาพกับนักศึกษานานาชาติ ซึ่งช่วยเสริมสร้างความเข้าใจด้านความหลากหลายทางวัฒนธรรม การปรับตัว และการใช้ชีวิตในสังคมโลก

นักศึกษาได้สะท้อนว่า การเข้าร่วมโครงการครั้งนี้เป็นหนึ่งในประสบการณ์ที่ทรงคุณค่าที่สุด ทั้งในด้านวิชาการ วิชาชีพ และการพัฒนาตนเอง ได้เรียนรู้การทำงานในสภาพแวดล้อมที่แตกต่าง เสริมสร้างทักษะการสื่อสาร การแก้ปัญหา ความเป็นอิสระ ความยืดหยุ่น และการทำงานร่วมกับผู้คนจากหลากหลายวัฒนธรรม ซึ่งล้วนเป็นคุณลักษณะที่สำคัญของพยาบาลในศตวรรษที่ 21

สำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง มุ่งมั่นส่งเสริมโอกาสการเรียนรู้ระดับนานาชาติ เพื่อพัฒนานักศึกษาให้มีสมรรถนะระดับสากล พร้อมเป็นกำลังสำคัญในการยกระดับคุณภาพการพยาบาลและระบบสุขภาพทั้งในประเทศและระดับนานาชาติ

The School of Nursing, Mae Fah Luang University, proudly congratulates Kanyaphat Luangkum, Puttatida Thammawong, Karma Thinley Tshomo, and Deki Yangzom for successfully completing their international student exchange at the Faculty of Health and Social Sciences, University of South Bohemia (FHSS USB) in České Budějovice, Czech Republic.

During the exchange, the students participated in lectures, workshops, academic discussions, and various learning activities focusing on nursing education and healthcare systems. Working alongside faculty members, healthcare professionals, and students from diverse cultural backgrounds enabled them to broaden their perspectives on international nursing practice and compare healthcare approaches across countries.

Beyond academics, the students explored the rich history, culture, and traditions of the Czech Republic and neighboring European countries. Their experiences strengthened intercultural understanding, adaptability, independence, and global citizenship while fostering meaningful friendships with peers from around the world.

Reflecting on the program, the students described the exchange as one of the most rewarding experiences of their lives. It enriched their academic knowledge, enhanced their professional competencies, and developed essential skills in communication, problem-solving, resilience, and cultural competence—qualities that are indispensable for future nursing professionals in an increasingly interconnected world.
