สำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง จัดการเรียนการสอนในหลักสูตร “การออกแบบธุรกิจและการบริหารการดูแลผู้สูงวัยระยะยาว (Business Design and Long-Term Care Management for Older Adults)” เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้เรียนในการออกแบบและบริหารจัดการบริการดูแลผู้สูงวัยที่ตอบโจทย์สังคมสูงวัยอย่างมีคุณภาพและยั่งยืน
ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนครั้งนี้ ได้รับเกียรติจาก ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร. จุฑามาศ นิวัฒน์ สาขาวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีการอาหาร สำนักวิชาอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง เป็นวิทยากรบรรยายในหัวข้อ “อาหารและโภชนาการสำหรับผู้สูงอายุเฉพาะโรค” ถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ด้านการวางแผนโภชนาการที่เหมาะสมกับภาวะสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุ เพื่อส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิต ลดความเสี่ยงของภาวะแทรกซ้อน และสนับสนุนการดูแลระยะยาวอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
นอกจากนี้ ยังได้รับเกียรติจาก ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ปิยะนาฎ จันทร์กระจ่าง สำนักวิชาการจัดการธุรกิจบริการ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ด้านการบริหารจัดการและการออกแบบบริการ ซึ่งช่วยเสริมมุมมองการบูรณาการองค์ความรู้ด้านสุขภาพ โภชนาการ และการจัดการธุรกิจ เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการดูแลผู้สูงวัยที่มีคุณภาพ ตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้รับบริการและสังคมในอนาคต
การเรียนรู้แบบสหวิทยาการในครั้งนี้สะท้อนถึงความร่วมมือระหว่างสำนักวิชาต่าง ๆ ของมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวงในการผลิตบุคลากรที่มีความรู้ ความสามารถ และพร้อมขับเคลื่อนนวัตกรรมด้านการดูแลผู้สูงวัยอย่างยั่งยืน
The School of Nursing, Mae Fah Luang University, continues to strengthen interdisciplinary learning through its Business Design and Long-Term Care Management for Older Adults program, which aims to equip learners with the knowledge and competencies needed to design and manage high-quality, sustainable long-term care services for an ageing society.
On this occasion, Assistant Professor Dr. Chutamas Niwat, School of Agro-Industry, Mae Fah Luang University, delivered a special lecture on “Disease-Specific Nutrition for Older Adults.” The session emphasized evidence-based nutritional planning tailored to older adults with various health conditions, highlighting the important role of nutrition in improving quality of life, preventing complications, and supporting effective long-term care.
The course also welcomed Assistant Professor Piyanat Jankrajang from the School of Hospitality Business Management, Mae Fah Luang University, who shared valuable perspectives on service management and business design. The interdisciplinary learning experience enabled participants to integrate knowledge in healthcare, nutrition, and business management, fostering innovative approaches to long-term care that respond to the evolving needs of older adults and society.
This collaborative learning initiative reflects Mae Fah Luang University's commitment to interdisciplinary education and the development of professionals capable of driving sustainable innovation in long-term care for older adults.
