มฟล. แลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้สุขภาพจิตสู่เวทีนานาชาติ/MFU Shares Mental Health Expertise on the International Stage

เมื่อวันที่ 26 สิงหาคม 2569 รองศาสตราจารย์ อรนลิน สิงขรณ์ อาจารย์สำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ได้รับเชิญเป็นวิทยากรบรรยายและแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ในหัวข้อ “Learn and Share: Mental Health Implementation among Marginalized and Migrant Populations” แก่บุคลากรด้านสาธารณสุขจาก 15 ประเทศในภูมิภาคเอเชีย แอฟริกา อเมริกาใต้ และหมู่เกาะแปซิฟิก
กิจกรรมจัดขึ้น ณ ห้อง 518 อาคารพลเอกสำเภา ชูศรี มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ภายใต้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมนานาชาติ ประจำปี 2569 (Annual International Training Course: AITC) หลักสูตร “The Strengthening of the Health Care System in the Border Areas” ที่สำนักวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ได้รับงบประมาณสนับสนุนจาก กรมความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศ (Thailand International Cooperation Agency: TICA)
การบรรยายและแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นการแบ่งปันองค์ความรู้และประสบการณ์ด้านการดำเนินงานสุขภาพจิตสำหรับประชากรชายขอบและประชากรข้ามถิ่นฐาน ตลอดจนแนวทางการนำประสบการณ์จากการทำงานร่วมกับชุมชนและประชากรกลุ่มเปราะบางไปประยุกต์ใช้ให้เหมาะสมกับบริบทของแต่ละพื้นที่ ซึ่งเป็นประเด็นสำคัญต่อการพัฒนาระบบสุขภาพในพื้นที่ชายแดนที่มีความหลากหลายทางประชากร สังคม และวัฒนธรรม
การมีส่วนร่วมในเวทีนานาชาติครั้งนี้สะท้อนบทบาทของสำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ในการถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้และประสบการณ์ด้านการพยาบาลและสุขภาพจิตสู่บุคลากรสาธารณสุขจากนานาประเทศ พร้อมทั้งส่งเสริมการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ระหว่างประเทศ เพื่อนำไปสู่การพัฒนาระบบสุขภาพและการดูแลสุขภาพจิตสำหรับประชาชนในพื้นที่ชายแดนและกลุ่มประชากรเปราะบางอย่างเหมาะสมและยั่งยืน

กิจกรรมดังกล่าวสอดคล้องกับ SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being เป้าหมายที่มุ่งส่งเสริมสุขภาพและความเป็นอยู่ที่ดีสำหรับทุกคน โดยเฉพาะการส่งเสริมการเข้าถึงบริการและการดูแลสุขภาพจิตของประชากรกลุ่มเปราะบางและประชากรข้ามถิ่นฐาน
On 26 August 2026, Associate Professor Onnalin Singkhorn, lecturer at the School of Nursing, Mae Fah Luang University (MFU), was invited as a speaker to share knowledge and experiences on “Learn and Share: Mental Health Implementation among Marginalized and Migrant Populations” with public health professionals from 15 countries across Asia, Africa, South America, and the Pacific Islands.
The session was held at Room 518, General Sampao Chusri Building, Mae Fah Luang University, as part of the 2026 Annual International Training Course (AITC), “The Strengthening of the Health Care System in the Border Areas,” organized by the School of Health Sciences, Mae Fah Luang University, with funding support from the Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA).
The session focused on sharing knowledge and practical experiences in mental health implementation for marginalized and migrant populations, as well as approaches to adapting community-based experiences and practices to different local contexts. These issues are particularly important for strengthening health systems in border areas characterized by diverse populations, social conditions, and cultural contexts.
This international engagement reflects the School of Nursing, Mae Fah Luang University’s commitment to sharing nursing and mental health expertise with public health professionals from around the world. It also promotes international knowledge exchange and supports the development of appropriate and sustainable health systems and mental health care for people living in border areas and vulnerable communities.
