สำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง เปิดพื้นที่แห่งการเรียนรู้และแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ระดับนานาชาติ โดยเปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาพยาบาลได้พบปะและเรียนรู้จากนักศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยนจาก University of South Bohemia สาธารณรัฐเช็ก

กิจกรรมครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นการถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์จริงเกี่ยวกับการเข้าร่วมโครงการแลกเปลี่ยนนักศึกษา การเรียนและการใช้ชีวิตในต่างประเทศ ตลอดจนข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับระบบสุขภาพและการดูแลสุขภาพของสาธารณรัฐเช็ก พร้อมเปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาพยาบาลได้พูดคุย ซักถาม และแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองกับนักศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยนโดยตรง

การแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ดังกล่าวช่วยให้นักศึกษาได้เห็นภาพประสบการณ์การศึกษาและการใช้ชีวิตในต่างประเทศอย่างใกล้ชิด พร้อมทั้งสร้างความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับโอกาสและความท้าทายของการเข้าร่วม International Exchange Program ซึ่งจะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการเตรียมความพร้อมและการวางแผนเส้นทางการเรียนรู้ในระดับนานาชาติ

สำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ให้ความสำคัญกับการส่งเสริมประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ในบริบทนานาชาติ เพื่อพัฒนานักศึกษาให้มีมุมมองที่กว้างขึ้น มีความพร้อมในการสื่อสารและทำงานร่วมกับผู้คนจากหลากหลายวัฒนธรรม และสามารถนำประสบการณ์จากการเรียนรู้ในต่างประเทศมาต่อยอดสู่การพัฒนาตนเองและวิชาชีพพยาบาลในอนาคต

The School of Nursing, Mae Fah Luang University, provided an opportunity for nursing students to engage in international learning and cultural exchange with exchange students from the University of South Bohemia, Czech Republic.

The activity focused on sharing first-hand experiences of student exchange programs, studying and living abroad, as well as the healthcare system and healthcare practices in the Czech Republic. Nursing students also had the opportunity to interact directly with the exchange students, ask questions, and exchange perspectives based on their experiences.

The exchange provided students with a closer understanding of what it is like to study and live in an international environment. The experiences and insights shared during the activity can help students explore opportunities, understand the challenges of participating in an International Exchange Program, and better prepare themselves for future international learning experiences.

The School of Nursing, Mae Fah Luang University, recognizes the importance of international exposure in developing students’ broader perspectives, intercultural communication skills, and readiness to work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. These experiences are expected to support students in pursuing personal and professional development and preparing for future opportunities in global nursing.
