งานสวัสดิการบ้านเด็กเล็ก มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง เดินหน้าพัฒนาศักยภาพด้านการดูแลและส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็กปฐมวัยอายุต่ำกว่า 3 ปี โดยได้รับประกาศนียบัตรจาก กรมอนามัย กระทรวงสาธารณสุข ร่วมกับมูลนิธิศูนย์นมแม่แห่งประเทศไทย ในโอกาสผ่านการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการการใช้หลักสูตรการพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัยอายุต่ำกว่า 3 ปี พุทธศักราช 2569 และร่วมทดลองใช้หลักสูตรฯ ผ่านระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์

ประกาศนียบัตรดังกล่าวออกให้ ณ วันที่ 18 สิงหาคม 2569 โดยมี แพทย์หญิงอัมพร เบญจพลพิทักษ์ อธิบดีกรมอนามัย และ แพทย์หญิงศิริพร กัญชนะ ประธานมูลนิธิศูนย์นมแม่แห่งประเทศไทย เป็นผู้ลงนาม

การเข้าร่วมประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการและทดลองใช้หลักสูตรในครั้งนี้ เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการพัฒนาความรู้และทักษะของบุคลากรในการดูแลเด็กปฐมวัยอายุต่ำกว่า 3 ปี โดยมุ่งให้สามารถนำแนวทางจากหลักสูตรไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการและจัดสภาพแวดล้อมที่เหมาะสมต่อการเรียนรู้และการเติบโตของเด็ก

ช่วง 3 ปีแรกของชีวิตเป็นช่วงสำคัญต่อการวางรากฐานด้านการเจริญเติบโตและพัฒนาการ การพัฒนาศักยภาพของผู้ดูแลอย่างต่อเนื่องจึงมีส่วนสำคัญในการส่งเสริมให้เด็กได้รับการดูแลอย่างเหมาะสมและมีสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อสุขภาวะที่ดี

สำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ขอแสดงความยินดีและชื่นชมงานสวัสดิการบ้านเด็กเล็ก มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ในความมุ่งมั่นพัฒนาคุณภาพการดูแลเด็กปฐมวัย และการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้เพื่อยกระดับการดูแลเด็กอย่างต่อเนื่อง

The Childcare Welfare Services, Mae Fah Luang University, continues to strengthen its capacity in early childhood care and development for children under three years of age. The unit has received a certificate from the Department of Health, Ministry of Public Health, in collaboration with the Thai Breastfeeding Center Foundation, recognizing its successful participation in the Workshop on the Curriculum for Early Childhood Development for Children Under 3 Years of Age, B.E. 2569 (2026) and its participation in the electronic pilot implementation of the curriculum.

The certificate was issued on 18 August 2026 and signed by Dr. Amporn Benjapolpitak, Director-General of the Department of Health, and Dr. Siriporn Kanchana, President of the Thai Breastfeeding Center Foundation.

The workshop and pilot implementation provided an opportunity for personnel to strengthen their knowledge and skills in caring for children under three years of age, with an emphasis on applying the curriculum’s approaches to support children’s development and create an appropriate environment for learning and healthy growth.

The first three years of life are a critical period for establishing a strong foundation for children’s growth and development. Continuous professional development for caregivers therefore plays an important role in ensuring appropriate care and creating an environment that supports children’s health and well-being.

The School of Nursing, Mae Fah Luang University, extends its congratulations and appreciation to the Childcare Welfare Services, Mae Fah Luang University, for its continued commitment to enhancing the quality of early childhood care and promoting learning and professional development in this important area.
