สำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง นำโดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ชมพูนุช โสภาจารีย์ คณบดีสำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหาร อาจารย์ และบุคลากร เข้าศึกษาดูงานและแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ด้านการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตรและการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตร์ ณ วิทยาลัยพยาบาลศาสตร์อัครราชกุมารี ราชวิทยาลัยจุฬาภรณ์ โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ทัศนา บุญทอง รักษาการคณบดี วิทยาลัยพยาบาลศาสตร์อัครราชกุมารี ราชวิทยาลัยจุฬาภรณ์ และนายกสภาการพยาบาล พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหาร อาจารย์ และบุคลากร ให้การต้อนรับอย่างอบอุ่น

ในการศึกษาดูงานครั้งนี้ ทั้งสองสถาบันได้ร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ใน 2 หัวข้อสำคัญ ได้แก่

1. การบริหารจัดการและการจัดหลักสูตรปริญญาตรีนานาชาติ มุ่งเน้นการแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์และแนวทางการบริหารจัดการและพัฒนาหลักสูตรให้มีคุณภาพและมาตรฐานระดับนานาชาติ ตลอดจนตอบสนองต่อความต้องการและการเปลี่ยนแปลงของการศึกษาพยาบาลในระดับสากล

2. การขับเคลื่อนและพัฒนากรอบคุณภาพองค์กรตามเกณฑ์ EdPEx และนวัตกรรมการจัดการเรียนการสอนพยาบาลศาสตร์ มุ่งเน้นการแลกเปลี่ยนแนวคิดและแนวทางการพัฒนาคุณภาพองค์กรตามเกณฑ์ EdPEx รวมถึงการประยุกต์ใช้นวัตกรรมเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนทางการพยาบาล

การศึกษาดูงานและแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ในครั้งนี้เป็นโอกาสสำคัญในการเสริมสร้างองค์ความรู้และประสบการณ์ทางวิชาการ เปิดมุมมองด้านการบริหารจัดการศึกษา ตลอดจนส่งเสริมความร่วมมือระหว่างสถาบัน ซึ่งจะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการนำองค์ความรู้ไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนาหลักสูตร การจัดการเรียนการสอน และการยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตร์ให้มีมาตรฐานและสอดคล้องกับบริบทการเปลี่ยนแปลงในระดับสากลอย่างต่อเนื่อง

การดำเนินงานดังกล่าวสอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (Sustainable Development Goals: SDGs) ได้แก่

• SDG 4: Quality Education การศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพ โดยมุ่งส่งเสริมคุณภาพการศึกษา การพัฒนาหลักสูตร และนวัตกรรมการจัดการเรียนการสอน

• SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals ความร่วมมือเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน โดยส่งเสริมความร่วมมือทางวิชาการและการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ระหว่างสถาบัน

The School of Nursing, Mae Fah Luang University, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Chompunut Sopajaree, Dean of the School of Nursing, together with the school's administrators, faculty members, and staff, conducted an academic study visit and knowledge exchange at the College of Nursing, Princess Agrarajakumari, Chulabhorn Royal Academy.

The delegation was warmly welcomed by Associate Professor Dr. Tasana Boonthong, Acting Dean of the College of Nursing, Princess Agrarajakumari, Chulabhorn Royal Academy, and President of the Thailand Nursing and Midwifery Council, together with the college's administrators, faculty members, and staff.

During the visit, representatives from both institutions engaged in knowledge exchange on two key topics:

1. Management and Development of International Undergraduate Degree Programs – Focusing on sharing experiences and approaches to curriculum management and development to ensure quality and alignment with international standards, while responding to the evolving demands of nursing education worldwide.

2. Driving Organizational Quality Development through the EdPEx Criteria and Innovations in Nursing Teaching and Learning – Emphasizing the exchange of ideas and strategies for organizational quality enhancement in accordance with the EdPEx criteria, as well as the application of innovative approaches to improve the effectiveness of nursing teaching and learning.

This academic study visit and knowledge exchange provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen academic knowledge and professional experience, broaden perspectives on educational management, and foster collaboration between the two institutions. The insights gained will support further curriculum development, enhance teaching and learning practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of nursing education quality in alignment with international standards and evolving global contexts.

This initiative contributes to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly:

• SDG 4: Quality Education – Promoting quality education through curriculum development and innovative teaching and learning approaches.

• SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals – Strengthening academic partnerships and knowledge exchange between institutions to support sustainable development.
