คณบดีและรองคณบดี สำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ร่วมเดินทางไปหารือด้านความร่วมมือทางวิชาการกับ Bonn University and Bonn University hospital, Germany โดยมีอธิการบดี และรองอธิการบดี มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง พร้อมทั้งผู้บริหารและคณาจารย์จากมหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์และมหาวิทยาลัยวลัยลักษณ์ ระหว่างวันที่ 25-30 เมษายน 2567 โดยมีกงสุลไทย ณ ประเทศเยอรมันร่วมในการหารือกับคณะผู้บริหารจาก UKB ทั้งนี้ สำนักวิชาพยาบาล ได้หารือเกี่ยวกับการพยาบาลกับ Alexander Pröbstl, Director of Nursing at the UKB และคณะในประเด็นเกี่ยวกับการแลกเปลี่ยนนักศึกษา บุคลากร recruitment และเยี่ยมชม training center ของ UKB นอกจากนี้ ศิษย์เก่า (วสุนันท์ แปงคำ) ได้มาให้การต้อนรับและแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์การทำงาน ณ ประเทศ Germany ร่วมกันด้วย
Thai partner universities representatives and Consul General visit Bonn University Hospital, Medical Faculty and Rectorate of the University of Bonn.
April 26, 2024 - Representatives from three Thai universities and the Thai Consul General visited Bonn University Hospital (UKB), the Medical Faculty and the University of Bonn today. The delegation of ten scientists was received by Dean Prof. Bernd Weber on the Venusberg Campus of the UKB after a stay at the University of Bonn and was given a guided tour. After the international partners took the first steps towards joint research cooperation last year and signed a Memorandum of Understanding, the UKB, the Medical Dean's Office and the University of Bonn are now further substantiating joint German-Thai research and joint projects.
During the visit, corresponding projects were initiated and further developed. In addition, Mae Fah Luang University (MFU) and Prince of Songkla University (PSU) are aiming to cooperate with the UKB's Nursing Directorate in the recruitment and further qualification of graduated Thai nurses for future work at the UKB. "We know that Thailand has a high standard in the hospital sector and in the training of nursing staff and we look forward to being able to employ well-trained and highly motivated Thai nursing staff at the UKB in the near future," says Alexander Pröbstl, Director of Nursing at the UKB.
On the UKB campus the delegation visited the Medical Dean's Office, the Medical Clinic III, the Parent-Child Center, the research buildings Biomedical Center II and Life & Brain, as well as the German Center for Neurodegenerative Diseases (DZNE) and was able to see innovative projects in research, teaching and patient self-care.
