The Nursing Innovation Research and Resource Unit (NIRR), School of Nursing, Mae Fah Luang University, organized a workshop project to develop routine work to research.

On June 15 – 16,  2024, the Nursing Innovation Research and Resource Unit (NIRR), School of Nursing, Mae Fah Luang University, led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Katemanee Moonpanane, the Head of the NIRR Unit along with members of the NIRR Unit, organized a workshop project to develop routine work to research and develop innovations for registered nurses both in online and onsite, at room E4A-518, E4 Building. The workshop aimed at providing the trainees with knowledge, understanding of principles, and methods for writing a research proposal.  Registered nurses in nursing practice areas of the MFU School of Nursing received support for research and innovation in nursing and healthcare. This project has received subsidies in the Fiscal year 2024 from Mae Fah Luang University. The activities included:

On June 15, 2024, a lecture by Asst. Prof. Dr. Wongchan Petpichetchian, the Deputy Editor of the Pacific Rim International Journal of Nursing Research and member of the National Nursing Research Council, Thailand Nursing and Midwifery Council.

On June 16, 2024, a lecture by Asst. Prof. Dr. Chuntana Reangsing and Dr. Jiranee Panyapin, from the MFU School of Nursing, and also a workshop for trainees to write their research projects.

And after this, proposed research projects from trainees will be selected and workshops will continue until the research results are completed and published.

หน่วยนวัตกรรมวิจัยและศูนย์การเรียนรู้ทางการพยาบาล (nursing innovation research and resource unit: NIRR unit) สำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง โดย ผศ.ดร.เกศมณี มูลปานันท์ (หัวหน้าหน่วยวิจัย) และสมาชิกหน่วยวิจัย NIRR จัดการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการพัฒนางานวิชาการประจำสู่งานวิจัยและนวัตกรรม (routine to research and innovation by NIRR unit) ในรูปแบบ Online และ Onsite วันที่ 15 - 16มิถุนายน 2567 ณ ห้อง E4A-518  อาคารพลเอกสำเภา ชูศรี มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ผู้เข้ารับการอบรมมีความรู้ ความเข้าใจในหลักการและวิธีการเขียนโครงร่างวิจัย และพยาบาลวิชาชีพจากแหล่งฝึกปฏิบัติการพยาบาลของสำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวงได้รับการสนับสนุนการทำงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมด้านการพยาบาลและสุขภาพ ซึ่งการจัดโครงการนี้ได้รับเงินอุดหนุนจากโครงการตามปฏิบัติการ ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2567 จากมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง

กิจกรรมประกอบด้วย วันที่ 15 มิถุนายน 2567 บรรยายโดย ผศ. ดร. วงจันทร์ เพชรพิเชฐเชียร (รองบรรณาธิการวารสาร Pacific Rim International of Nursing Research และกรรมการในคณะกรรมการวิจัยทางการพยาบาลแห่งชาติ สภาการพยาบาล) วันที่ 16 มิถุนายน 2567 วิทยากรบรรยาย โดย ผศ.ดร.ฉันทนา แรงสิงห์ และ ดร.จิราณี ปัญญาปิน อาจารย์สำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง และผู้เข้ารับการอบรมฝึกปฏิบัติการเขียนโครงร่างวิจัย และหลังจากนี้โครงการวิจัยจากผู้เข้ารับการอบรมจะได้รับการคัดเลือก และมีการทำ Workshop ต่อเนื่องจนกว่าเสร็จสมบูรณ์ถึงการเผยแพร่ผลงานวิจัย
