The School of Nursing Mae Fah Luang University, awarded certificates of completion of the adult and elderly nursing practicum to exchange students .

On October 6, 2023, Assistant Professor Dr. Chompunut Sopajaree, Dean of the School of Nursing Mae Fah Luang University, awarded certificates of completion of the adult and elderly nursing practicum to Ms. Monika Růžičková and Ms. Anna Jiráčková, exchange students from University of South Bohemia Faculty of Health and Social Sciences, the Czech Republic. On the exchange program from July 22 to October 12, 2023, the students have hands-on experience in Thailand healthcare services and traditional Thai and Chinese medicine at Mae Fah Luang University Hospital and Mae Fah Luang University Medical Center Hospital. They also participate in clinical placement with the third year MFU nursing students at Chiang Rai Prachanukroh Hospital.Thai nursing student buddies support the exchange students during their stay at Mae Fah Luang University. The students from the two countries exchange their knowledge and experience from different cultures and perspectives which will benefit them as nursing students. This exchange student program reflects the collaboration activity under the Memorandum of Understanding signed in 2013 between the Faculty of Health and Social Sciences, University of South Bohemia, the Czech Republic and the School of Nursing, Mae Fah Luang University, Thailand.
