สำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง จัด workshop พัฒนาครูและผู้ดูแลเด็กจากงานสวัสดิการบ้านเด็กเล็ก มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง (MFU Child Home) ภายใต้หัวข้อ "การประเมินและส่งเสริมภาวะโภชนาการในเด็ก" โดยกิจกรรมดังกล่าวจัดขึ้นที่ห้องประชุม 305 อาคาร E2 ชั้น 3
workshop นี้มุ่งเน้นการเสริมสร้างความเข้าใจให้กับครูและผู้ดูแลเด็กเกี่ยวกับวิธีการที่ถูกต้องในการประเมินและส่งเสริมโภชนาการในเด็กปฐมวัย โดยยึดหลักวิชาการเป็นพื้นฐาน โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักดังนี้:
เพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้ให้กับครูและผู้ดูแลเด็กในการประเมินและส่งเสริมภาวะโภชนาการของเด็ก
เพื่อให้ครูและผู้ดูแลเด็กสามารถนำความรู้ที่ได้รับไปประยุกต์ใช้ในกิจวัตรการดูแลเด็กในชีวิตประจำวันได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
การจัดกิจกรรมนี้ไม่เพียงแต่ส่งเสริมการพัฒนาครูและผู้ดูแลเด็กปฐมวัย แต่ยังสอดคล้องกับ เกณฑ์มาตรฐานศูนย์เด็กเล็กแห่ชาติ และสนับสนุน เป้าหมายการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน (SDGs) ของสหประชาชาติ โดยเฉพาะ เป้าหมายที่ 3: การสร้างหลักประกันการมีสุขภาพที่ดีและส่งเสริมความเป็นอยู่ที่ดีสำหรับทุกคนในทุกช่วงวัย
กิจกรรมนี้สะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวงในการมีส่วนร่วมกับชุมชนและส่งเสริมการพัฒนาสุขภาพและการเจริญเติบโตของเด็กผ่านการศึกษาที่มีพื้นฐานจากหลักฐานและการทำงานร่วมกัน

The School of Nursing, Mae Fah Luang University (MFU) hosted a professional development workshop for teacher and childcare providers from the MFU Child Home, under the theme "Assessment and Promotion of Nutritional Status in Children." The event took place at Meeting Room 305, E2 Building, 3rd Floor.
The workshop aimed to enhance participants’ understanding of proper methods for evaluating and promoting nutrition in early childhood, grounded in academic principles. The key objectives were:
To strengthen knowledge among teachers and caregivers on scientifically-based practices for assessing and supporting children’s nutritional status.
To empower participants to apply this knowledge effectively in their daily childcare routines.
This initiative not only contributes to the professional growth of early childhood educators but also aligns with the National Quality Standards for Childcare Centers and supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) — particularly Goal 3: Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages.
The event reflects MFU’s ongoing commitment to community engagement and the advancement of child health and development through evidence-based education and collaboration.
