วันที่ 23 สิงหาคม 2568 ณ ห้องประชุมศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กตำบลแม่จัน อำเภอแม่จัน จังหวัดเชียงราย อาจารย์สำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง บรรยายและจัดกิจกรรมเสริมความรู้ ในโครงการ “เสริมสร้างทักษะสมอง EF (Executive Functions)ในเด็กปฐมวัย“ ให้แก่ครูและผู้ปกครองของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กเทศบาลตําบลแม่จัน โดยหัวข้อหลักในการบรรยาย คือ การเสริมสร้างทักษะสมอง EF ในเด็กปฐมวัย จากนั้นมีการแบ่งกลุ่มฝึกปฏิบัติกิจกรรมเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะสมอง EF ดังนี้
- ฐานที่1: ฐานให้ความรู้เรื่องการกินตามหลักโภชนาการ
- ฐานที่ 2: ฐานให้ความรู้เรื่อง การนอน การกอด
- ฐานที่ 3: ฐานให้ความรู้เรื่องสื่อ / ของเล่น
- ฐานที่ 4: ฐานการเล่านิทาน
- ฐานที่ 5: ฐานการปฐมพยาบาลเบื้องต้น
On August 23, 2025, at the meeting room of the Mae Chan Subdistrict Early Childhood Development Center in Mae Chan District, Chiang Rai Province, faculty members of the School of Nursing, Mae Fah Luang University, delivered a lecture and organized an educational activity under the project "Enhancing Executive Function (EF) Skills in Early Childhood." The session was aimed at teachers and parents of the Mae Chan Subdistrict Municipal Early Childhood Development Center.
The main lecture topic was about enhancing EF skills in young children, followed by group activities to promote EF skills in the following areas:
Station 1: Nutrition and eating according to dietary guidelines
Station 2: Sleep and bonding (hugs)
Station 3: Learning about media/toys
Station 4: Storytelling
Station 5: Basic first aid skills
