ในวันที่ 14 พฤศจิกายน 2568 อาจารย์พิมคณภรณ์ ตระกูลต่อวงศ์ เป็นตัวแทนงานสวัสดิการบ้านเด็กเล็ก สำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง เข้ารับโล่เกียรติคุณ "ต้นแบบสถานพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัยอายุ 3 ขวบปีแรก" จาก พญ.อัมพร เบญจพลพิทักษ์ อธิบดีกรมอนามัย กระทรวงสาธารณสุข และ พญ.ศิริพร กัญชนะ ประธานมูลนิธิศูนย์นมแม่แห่งประเทศไทย
โดยโครงการ "พัฒนาต้นแบบสถานพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัยอายุ 3 ขวบปีแรก" เป็นความร่วมมือระหว่างกรมอนามัย มูลนิธิศูนย์นมแม่แห่งประเทศไทย และสำนักงานกองทุนสนับสนุนการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ (สสส.) เพื่อส่งเสริมการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่อย่างเดียวอย่างน้อย 6 เดือน ร่วมกับการเลี้ยงดูคู่การเรียนรู้ ตามข้อเสนอแนะขององค์การอนามัยโลก (WHO) และ UNICEF มูลนิธิศูนย์นมแม่แห่งประเทศไทยร่วมกับกรมอนามัย และ สสส. จึงพัฒนา "ต้นแบบสถานพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัยอายุ 3 ขวบปีแรก" โดยเริ่มตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ.2561 และได้ขยายผลสู่สถานพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัยอายุ 3 ขวบปีแรกอีกหลายแห่ง จนในปี พ.ศ.2568 งานสวัสดิการบ้านเด็กเล็ก สำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ได้เข้าร่วมโครงการดังกล่าว ตามนโยบาย "พัฒนาต้นแบบสถานพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัยอายุ 3 ขวบปีแรก ที่ส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ด้านนมแม่ อาหารเหมาะสมตามวัย ไม่ปฏิเสธผัก และเลี้ยงดูคู่การเรียนรู้อย่างเอาใจใส่"
บัดนี้ งานสวัสดิการบ้านเด็กเล็ก สำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ได้ดำเนินงานสำเร็จจนเป็นที่ประจักษ์ กรมอนามัย มูลนิธิศูนย์นมแม่แห่งประเทศไทย และ สสส. จึงมอบโล่ประกาศเกียรติคุณเพื่อยกยกเชิดชู และสนับสนุนการกำเนินงานตามนโยบายชาติต่อไป
On November 14, 2025, Lecturer Pimkanabhon Trakooltorwong, representing the MFU Child Home, School of Nursing, Mae Fah Luang University, received the honorary award “Model Early Childhood Development Center for Under Three-Year-Old Children” from Dr. Amporn Benjaponpitak, Director-General of the Department of Health, Ministry of Public Health, and Dr. Siriporn Kanchana, Chairperson of the Thai Breastfeeding Centre Foundation.
The project “Developing Model Early Childhood Development Centers for Under Three-Year-Old Children” is a collaboration between the Department of Health, the Thai Breastfeeding Centre Foundation, and the Thai Health Promotion Foundation (ThaiHealth). The aim of the project is to promote exclusive breastfeeding for at least 6 months, along with nurturing learning experiences, in line with the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO) and UNICEF.
The Thai Breastfeeding Centre Foundation, in cooperation with the Department of Health and ThaiHealth, developed the Model Early Childhood Development Center for Under Three-Year-Old Children program, starting in 2018. This initiative has expanded to other early childhood development centers. In 2025, the MFU Child Home, School of Nursing, Mae Fah Luang University, joined the project under the policy of “Developing Model Early Childhood Development Centers for Under Three-Year-Old Children that promote breastfeeding awareness, age-appropriate nutrition, encourage the acceptance of vegetables, and provide nurturing learning experiences.”
As of now, the MFU Child Home has successfully implemented the program, which has been recognized and acknowledged. The Department of Health, the Thai Breastfeeding Centre Foundation, and ThaiHealth have awarded an honorary plaque in recognition of the center’s outstanding contribution and to support continued efforts to implement national policies in the future.
