สำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ดำเนินการจัดการเรียนการสอนรายวิชา ปฏิบัติการบริหารจัดการและการเป็นผู้ประกอบการทางการพยาบาล (Nursing Management and Entrepreneurship Practicum : 1901430) สำหรับนักศึกษาหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต ชั้นปีที่ 4 ประจำภาคการศึกษา 2 ปีการศึกษา 2568 โดยมุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาทักษะด้านการบริหารจัดการ การเป็นผู้นำ และการเป็นผู้ประกอบการทางการพยาบาล ผ่านประสบการณ์การฝึกปฏิบัติจริงในแหล่งฝึกภาคสนาม ดังนี้
วันที่ 20 มกราคม 2569 ได้มีการจัดประชุมออนไลน์ระหว่างอาจารย์นิเทศกับครูพี่เลี้ยงประจำโรงพยาบาลทุกแห่งที่เป็นแหล่งฝึกปฏิบัติงาน เพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจร่วมกันเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการจัดการเรียนการสอน รูปแบบการฝึกปฏิบัติ การประเมินผล ตลอดจนบทบาทหน้าที่ของอาจารย์นิเทศและครูพี่เลี้ยงในการสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ของนักศึกษาอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
ต่อมาในวันที่ 23 มกราคม 2569 สำนักวิชาฯ ได้จัดกิจกรรม ปฐมนิเทศนักศึกษา เพื่อชี้แจงรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับรายวิชา รูปแบบการจัดการเรียนการสอน การประเมินผล ทั้งงานเดี่ยวและงานกลุ่ม แนวทางการปฏิบัติตนระหว่างการฝึกภาคสนาม รวมถึงการสร้างทัศนคติที่ดีต่อการเรียนรู้เชิงบริหารจัดการและการเป็นผู้ประกอบการทางการพยาบาล
การฝึกประสบการณ์ภาคสนามในรายวิชานี้ นักศึกษาจะได้รับโอกาสในการเรียนรู้จากสถานการณ์จริง เสริมสร้างทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ การตัดสินใจ การทำงานเป็นทีม ภาวะผู้นำ และการมองเห็นโอกาสในการพัฒนานวัตกรรมหรือการเป็นผู้ประกอบการทางการพยาบาล อันจะเป็นพื้นฐานสำคัญในการเตรียมความพร้อมสู่การเป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่มีสมรรถนะสอดคล้องกับบริบทระบบสุขภาพในปัจจุบันและอนาคต
The School of Nursing, Mae Fah Luang University, organized the Nursing Management and Entrepreneurship Practicum (1901430) for fourth-year students in the Bachelor of Nursing Science Program during the second semester of the 2025 academic year. The course aims to enhance students’ competencies in nursing management, leadership, and entrepreneurship through hands-on practicum experiences in real clinical settings.
On January 20, 2026, an online meeting was held between faculty supervisors and preceptors from all affiliated hospitals serving as practicum sites. The meeting focused on aligning understanding of teaching and learning approaches, practicum formats, assessment methods, and the roles and responsibilities of faculty supervisors and clinical preceptors in supporting students’ learning effectively.
Subsequently, on January 23, 2026, the School of Nursing conducted a student orientation to provide detailed information about the course, including instructional methods, assessment criteria for individual and group assignments, guidelines for professional conduct during the practicum, and fostering positive attitudes toward nursing management and entrepreneurship learning.
Through this practicum course, students gain valuable real-world experiences that strengthen their analytical thinking, decision-making, teamwork, leadership skills, and ability to identify opportunities for innovation and nursing entrepreneurship. These experiences serve as a vital foundation for preparing students to become competent professional nurses who can effectively respond to current and future healthcare system contexts.
