คณาจารย์สาขาวิชาการพยาบาลเด็กและวัยรุ่น สำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ได้แก่ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.เกศมณี มูลปานันท์ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ศลิษา โกดยี่ อาจารย์ ดร.ณัฐติพร อันด้วง อาจารย์กุลนรา มณีคันธ์วงษ์ อาจารย์พิมคณภรณ์ ตระกูลต่อวงศ์ และ อาจารย์ศรีสุรักษ์ เกียรติมณีรัตน์ ได้รับเชิญจากโรงเรียนอนุบาลองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลแม่ข้าวต้ม ให้เป็นวิทยากรในโครงการ “การเสริมสร้างศักยภาพผู้ปกครองและครูผู้ดูแลเด็ก เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะทางสมอง (Executive Functions: EF) เด็กปฐมวัย” ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569
โครงการดังกล่าวจัดขึ้นเมื่อวันเสาร์ที่ 14 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 ณ ห้องประชุมเมืองงาม องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลแม่ข้าวต้ม อำเภอเมืองเชียงราย จังหวัดเชียงราย โดยได้รับการสนับสนุนงบประมาณจากกองทุนหลักประกันสุขภาพตำบลแม่ข้าวต้ม และได้รับเกียรติจาก นางกนกวรรณ เรืองสวัสดิ์ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน เป็นประธานกล่าวเปิดงาน มีผู้ปกครองและครูผู้ดูแลเด็กเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมอย่างพร้อมเพรียง จำนวน 120 คน
ในการอบรมครั้งนี้ คณะวิทยากรได้ถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการส่งเสริมทักษะสมอง (EF) ในเด็กปฐมวัย ผ่านการบรรยายและการจัดกิจกรรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ โดยเน้นแนวทางการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ที่เหมาะสมตามพัฒนาการ เพื่อส่งเสริมการเติบโตของเด็กอย่างสมวัย ทั้งด้านสติปัญญา อารมณ์ และสังคม
การมีส่วนร่วมของสำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ในกิจกรรมดังกล่าว สะท้อนบทบาทของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาในการให้บริการวิชาการแก่สังคม และการขับเคลื่อนงานส่งเสริมสุขภาวะเด็กและครอบครัวในระดับชุมชน ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (Sustainable Development Goals: SDGs) เป้าหมายที่ 3 “การมีสุขภาพและความเป็นอยู่ที่ดี (Good Health and Well-being)” ที่มุ่งเน้นการส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตและสุขภาพที่ดีของประชาชนในทุกช่วงวัยอย่างยั่งยืน
Faculty members from the Pediatric and Adolescent Nursing Program, School of Nursing, Mae Fah Luang University—including Assistant Professor Dr.Katemanee Moonpanane (assistant dean), Assistant Professor Salisa Kodyee, Dr.Nattiporn Onduang, lecturer Kunnara Maneekuwong, lecturer Pimkanabhorn Trakooltorwong, and lecturer Srisuruk Kietmaneerut—were invited by the Mae Khao Tom Subdistrict Administrative Organization Kindergarten School, Chiang Rai Province, to serve as speakers for the project entitled “Enhancing the Capacity of Parents and Childcare Teachers to Promote Executive Functions (EF) in Early Childhood” for the Fiscal Year 2026.
The project was held on Saturday, 14 February 2026, at the Mueang Ngam Conference Room, Mae Khao Tom Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Mueang Chiang Rai District, Chiang Rai Province. The project was funded by the Mae Khao Tom Subdistrict Health Security Fund and was officially opened by Ms. Kanokwan Ruangsawat, School Director, who presided over the opening ceremony. A total of 120 parents and childcare teachers participated in the activities.
During the training, the team of speakers delivered knowledge on promoting executive functions (EF) in early childhood through lectures and hands-on workshops. The training emphasized developmentally appropriate learning experiences designed to support age-appropriate child development in cognitive, emotional, and social domains.
The participation of the School of Nursing in this project reflects the role of higher education institutions in providing academic services to society and in advancing child and family health promotion at the community level. This initiative aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being, which aims to promote healthy lives and ensure well-being for people of all ages in a sustainable manner.
