โครงการแพทย์อาสาบรมราชกุมารี ลงพื้นที่เยี่ยมบ้านผู้ป่วยในจังหวัดเชียงราย/Princess Mother's Medical Volunteer Conducted Home Visits in Chiang Rai

เมื่อวันที่ 8 เมษายน 2569 โครงการแพทย์อาสาบรมราชกุมารี นำโดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.รัชนี มิตกิตติ ร่วมกับจิตอาสาและอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (อสม.) ลงพื้นที่เยี่ยมบ้านผู้ป่วยติดบ้านติดเตียง ในตำบลนางแลและตำบลแม่ข้าวต้ม อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเชียงราย

กิจกรรมมุ่งเน้นการฟื้นฟูสุขภาพผู้ป่วย การส่งเสริมภาวะโภชนาการ การให้คำแนะนำแก่ผู้ดูแลเกี่ยวกับการดูแลผู้ป่วย โดยเฉพาะเรื่องการรับประทานยาและการป้องกันแผลกดทับ รวมถึงการประสานความช่วยเหลือในกรณีที่สภาพความเป็นอยู่ไม่เหมาะสม

ทั้งนี้ กลุ่ม อสม. ยังได้มีโอกาสทบทวนและพัฒนาทักษะการดูแลผู้ป่วยในสถานการณ์จริงอย่างต่อเนื่อง

กิจกรรมดังกล่าวสอดคล้องกับ เป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (SDGs) ได้แก่

• เป้าหมายที่ 3: สุขภาพและความเป็นอยู่ที่ดี (Good Health and Well-being)
• เป้าหมายที่ 10: ลดความเหลื่อมล้ำ (Reduced Inequalities)

On April 8, 2026, the Princess Mother's Medical Volunteer, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Ratchanee Mitkitti, in collaboration with volunteers and Village Health Volunteers (VHVs), conducted home visits for homebound and bedridden patients in Nang Lae and Mae Khao Tom subdistricts, Mueang District, Chiang Rai.

The activities focused on patient rehabilitation, nutritional support, and guiding caregivers, particularly on medication management and pressure ulcer prevention. The team also coordinated assistance for patients living in unsuitable conditions.

This initiative also provided VHVs with opportunities to continuously enhance their practical skills through real-life community healthcare experiences.

This activity aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs):

• Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being
• Goal 10: Reduced Inequalities
