รองศาสตราจารย์อรนลิน สิงขรณ์ และผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.นภมณ พุ่มโสภา ได้รับเกียรติเป็นวิทยากรในโครงการพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงาน ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2569 ในหัวข้อ “อบรมสัมมนาทางวิชาการ ครูมืออาชีพศิลปะการฟังและให้คำปรึกษา เพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจในโลกของผู้เรียน” เมื่อวันที่ 11 พฤษภาคม 2569 เวลา 08.30 – 16.00 น. ณ ห้องประชุมปลูกปัญญา อาคาร 9 โรงเรียนองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดเชียงราย อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเชียงราย

การอบรมครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสริมสร้างองค์ความรู้และทักษะด้านการฟังเชิงลึก การให้คำปรึกษา และการสื่อสารเชิงบวกแก่ครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา เพื่อส่งเสริมความเข้าใจในบริบทชีวิตและความต้องการของผู้เรียน อันจะนำไปสู่การพัฒนาคุณภาพการจัดการเรียนรู้และการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนอย่างเหมาะสมในยุคปัจจุบัน

ทั้งนี้ วิทยากรได้ถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ผ่านการบรรยาย การแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ และกิจกรรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ ซึ่งได้รับความสนใจและการมีส่วนร่วมจากผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมเป็นอย่างดี สะท้อนถึงความสำคัญของบทบาทครูมืออาชีพในการสร้างพื้นที่ปลอดภัยทางใจและสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ของผู้เรียนอย่างรอบด้าน

Associate Professor Onnalin Singkhorn and Assistant Professor Dr. Napamon Pomsopa were invited as keynote speakers for the Human Resource Capacity Development Project to Enhance Work Efficiency for the Fiscal Year 2026. The academic seminar, entitled “Professional Teachers: The Art of Listening and Counseling to Understand the Learners’ World,” was held on 11 May 2026 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Plukpanya Conference Room, Building 9, Chiang Rai Provincial Administrative Organization School, Mueang District, Chiang Rai Province, Thailand.

The seminar aimed to strengthen teachers’ and educational personnel’s competencies in active listening, counseling techniques, and positive communication skills in order to foster a deeper understanding of learners’ perspectives, needs, and life contexts. The knowledge and skills gained from this training are expected to contribute to improved educational practices and student support systems in contemporary educational settings.

During the event, the speakers shared academic knowledge, practical experiences, and interactive workshop activities, which received strong engagement and positive feedback from participants. The seminar highlighted the significant role of professional teachers in creating emotionally supportive learning environments and promoting holistic student development.
