อาจารย์ ดร.พิมพ์รัตน์ บุณยะภักดิ์ รองคณบดี สำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ และผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์นงเยาว์ มงคลอิทธิเวช ประธานกลุ่มวิจัยด้านการดูแลผู้สูงอายุ สำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง เข้าร่วมลงพื้นที่ชุมชนนางแล ร่วมประเมินผลตอบแทนทางสังคม (SROI) โครงการดูแลผู้สูงอายุด้วยศาสตร์การแพทย์บูรณาการ "พัฒนาชุมชนต้นแบบเพื่อส่งเสริมสุขภาวะและป้องกันความเสี่ยงล้มในวัยก่อนสูงอายุและผู้สูงอายุด้วยศาสตร์การแพทย์บูรณาการ" เมื่อวันที่ 29 มิถุนายน 2569 ณ ศาลาอเนกประสงค์ หมู่ 16 ตำบลนางแล อำเภอเมืองเชียงราย จังหวัดเชียงราย

กิจกรรมดังกล่าวจัดโดยศูนย์บริการวิชาการ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ภายใต้โครงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ "ผู้ประเมินผลกระทบทางสังคม (Social Impact Assessment: SIA) และผลตอบแทนทางสังคม (Social Return on Investment: SROI) ของโครงการบริการวิชาการ" รุ่นที่ 2 เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรในการประเมินผลลัพธ์และคุณค่าทางสังคมของโครงการบริการวิชาการอย่างเป็นระบบ

การลงพื้นที่ครั้งนี้เป็นการฝึกปฏิบัติจริงผ่านการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียกว่า 45 คน ประกอบด้วยผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการวัยก่อนสูงอายุและผู้สูงอายุ ครอบครัว ผู้นำชุมชน และแกนนำสุขภาพในพื้นที่ เพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูลสำหรับการวิเคราะห์ผลกระทบและกำหนด Financial Proxy ในการคำนวณผลตอบแทนทางสังคม (SROI)

การประเมิน SROI ถือเป็นกระบวนการสำคัญที่ช่วยสะท้อนคุณค่าที่แท้จริงของโครงการจากมุมมองของชุมชน ทำให้มหาวิทยาลัยสามารถรับฟังเสียงของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย และนำข้อมูลไปพัฒนาโครงการบริการวิชาการให้ตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของสังคมได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและยั่งยืน

ภายหลังการเก็บข้อมูลภาคสนาม คณะทำงานได้ร่วมกันสรุปผลและเตรียมดำเนินการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อจัดทำรายงาน SROI ซึ่งจะเป็นข้อมูลสำคัญในการแสดงผลลัพธ์และผลกระทบทางสังคมของโครงการต่อชุมชนอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม

MFU School of Nursing Faculty Members Join Community-Based SROI Assessment for Integrated Elderly Care Project

The School of Nursing, Mae Fah Luang University (MFU) is proud to announce that Dr. Pimrat Boonyapuk, Associate Dean of the School of Nursing, and Asst. Prof. Nongyao Mongkhonittivech, Head of the Aging Care Research Group, participated in a community field study on 29 June 2026 at Nang Lae Subdistrict, Mueang Chiang Rai District, Chiang Rai Province.

The activity was organized by the Academic Services Center, Mae Fah Luang University, as part of the workshop entitled "Social Impact Assessment (SIA) and Social Return on Investment (SROI) for Academic Service Projects – Cohort 2." The program aims to strengthen institutional capacity in evaluating the social impact and value created through academic service initiatives.

During the fieldwork, participants conducted in-depth interviews with more than 45 stakeholders, including pre-older adults and older persons participating in the project, their family members, community leaders, and local health volunteers. The information collected will be used to identify project outcomes and establish appropriate financial proxies for the SROI analysis.

This assessment enables the university to understand the real value generated by the project from the community's perspective, providing evidence-based insights that support the continuous improvement of academic service programs and maximize their positive social impact.

The activity also reflects MFU's commitment to community engagement, evidence-based evaluation, and sustainable development through interdisciplinary collaboration in promoting healthy aging and fall prevention among older adults.
