สำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง เดินหน้าส่งเสริมความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระดับนานาชาติ โดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.เกศมณี มูลปานันท์ ผู้ช่วยคณบดี และประธานกลุ่มนวัตกรรม วิจัย และศูนย์การเรียนรู้ทางการพยาบาล (NIRR) พร้อมด้วย อาจารย์ ดร.ปิยธิดา จุลละปีย ประธานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมความเป็นนานาชาติ และ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ทัศนีย์วรรณ กันทากาศ หัวหน้าสาขาวิชาการพยาบาลผู้ใหญ่และผู้สูงอายุ เข้าเยือน Chiba University School of Nursing ประเทศญี่ปุ่น เมื่อวันที่ 21 กรกฎาคม 2569

คณะผู้แทนได้รับการต้อนรับจากคณบดีและคณะผู้บริหารของ Chiba University School of Nursing โดยทั้งสองสถาบันได้หารือเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการพัฒนาความร่วมมือด้านการเรียนการสอน การวิจัย การพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากร และการแลกเปลี่ยนนักศึกษา เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาพยาบาลและสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระดับนานาชาติที่เข้มแข็ง

นอกจากนี้ คณะผู้แทนยังได้ศึกษาดูงาน ณ Chiba University Hospital เพื่อเรียนรู้แนวทางการจัดการศึกษาทางคลินิก การบริหารจัดการบริการพยาบาล และระบบการดูแลผู้ป่วยที่เน้นคุณภาพ ความปลอดภัย และการดูแลแบบสหสาขาวิชาชีพ ซึ่งเป็นต้นแบบที่สามารถนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนการสอนและการบริการด้านการพยาบาลของมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวงในอนาคต

การเยือนครั้งนี้นับเป็นก้าวสำคัญในการขยายเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระดับนานาชาติของสำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ เพื่อร่วมกันพัฒนาการศึกษาพยาบาล การวิจัย และการผลิตบัณฑิตที่มีสมรรถนะระดับสากล พร้อมตอบสนองต่อความท้าทายของระบบสุขภาพในอนาคต

On 21 July 2026, the School of Nursing, Mae Fah Luang University (MFU), continued to strengthen its international engagement through an academic visit to the Chiba University School of Nursing, Japan. The delegation was led by Assistant Professor Dr. Katemanee Moonpanane, Assistant Dean and Chair of the Nursing Innovation Research and Resource Group (NIRR), accompanied by Dr. Piyatida Junlapeeya, Chair of the Internationalization Committee, and Assistant Professor Dr. Tadsaneewan Kantakad, Head of the Adult and Gerontological Nursing Division.

The delegation met with the Dean and executive team of the Chiba University School of Nursing to discuss opportunities for expanding collaboration in nursing education, research, faculty development, and student exchange. The meeting reflected a shared commitment to strengthening academic partnerships and promoting excellence in nursing education through international collaboration.

Following the meeting, the delegation visited Chiba University Hospital to explore its clinical education system, nursing service management, and patient-centered care practices. The study visit provided valuable insights into quality improvement, patient safety, interdisciplinary collaboration, and innovative approaches to clinical nursing education, offering ideas that can contribute to the continued development of nursing education at Mae Fah Luang University.

This visit marks another important milestone in the School's commitment to building sustainable global partnerships and preparing future nurses with the knowledge, skills, and global perspectives needed for the evolving healthcare landscape.
