สำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง เดินหน้าขยายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระดับนานาชาติอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.เกศมณี มูลปานันท์ ผู้ช่วยคณบดี และประธานกลุ่มนวัตกรรม วิจัย และศูนย์การเรียนรู้ทางการพยาบาล (NIRR) พร้อมด้วย อาจารย์ ดร.ปิยธิดา จุลละปีย ประธานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมความเป็นนานาชาติ และ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ทัศนีย์วรรณ กันทากาศ หัวหน้าสาขาวิชาการพยาบาลผู้ใหญ่และผู้สูงอายุ เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมในวันที่ 23 กรกฎาคม 2569 ณ ประเทศญี่ปุ่น เพื่อสานต่อความร่วมมือด้านการศึกษา การวิจัย และการพัฒนาวิชาชีพพยาบาล

คณะผู้แทนได้เข้าพบและประชุมร่วมกับคณบดีและคณะผู้บริหารของ National College of Nursing, Japan เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนแนวทางการพัฒนาหลักสูตร การวิจัย การพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากร และการแลกเปลี่ยนนักศึกษา อันเป็นรากฐานสำคัญในการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระหว่างสองสถาบันในระยะยาว

นอกจากนี้ คณะยังได้ศึกษาดูงาน สถานดูแลผู้สูงอายุจำนวน 3 แห่ง เพื่อเรียนรู้รูปแบบการดูแลผู้สูงอายุแบบองค์รวม ระบบการดูแลระยะยาว การส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุ และการบูรณาการการทำงานของทีมสหสาขาวิชาชีพ ซึ่งนับเป็นองค์ความรู้ที่มีคุณค่าสำหรับการพัฒนาการเรียนการสอน การวิจัย และการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลในบริบทของสังคมสูงวัย

การเยือนครั้งนี้สะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของสำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ในการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระดับนานาชาติ พัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาพยาบาล และเตรียมบัณฑิตให้มีสมรรถนะพร้อมรับมือกับความท้าทายของระบบสุขภาพในสังคมสูงวัยอย่างยั่งยืน

On 23 July 2026, the School of Nursing, Mae Fah Luang University, continued its international engagement in Japan. The delegation was led by Assistant Professor Dr. Katemanee Moonpanane, Assistant Dean and Chair of the Nursing Innovation Research and Resource Group (NIRR), accompanied by Dr. Piyatida Junlapeeya, Chair of the Internationalization Committee, and Assistant Professor Dr. Tadsaneewan Kantakad, Head of the Adult and Gerontological Nursing Division.

The delegation met with the Dean and executive team of the National College of Nursing, Japan, to discuss opportunities for long-term collaboration in nursing education, research, faculty development, and student exchange. The meeting reinforced the shared commitment of both institutions to advancing academic excellence and strengthening international partnerships.

The delegation also visited three senior care facilities to gain first-hand insights into Japan's innovative models of long-term care, person-centered elderly care, interdisciplinary teamwork, and strategies for promoting healthy ageing and quality of life among older adults. The experience provided valuable perspectives that will contribute to the continued development of nursing education, research, and professional practice at Mae Fah Luang University.

This visit represents another significant milestone in the School's commitment to international collaboration, educational excellence, and preparing future nurses to address the challenges of ageing societies through innovation, evidence-based practice, and global partnerships.
