สำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง เข้าพบและประชุมหารือร่วมกับคณะผู้บริหารโรงพยาบาลแม่อาย เมื่อวันที่ 27 กรกฎาคม 2569 เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นและวางแนวทางความร่วมมือด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนภาคปฏิบัติสำหรับนักศึกษาพยาบาล มุ่งพัฒนาประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ที่มีคุณภาพและเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะทางวิชาชีพให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานการพยาบาลและความต้องการของระบบสุขภาพ

ในการประชุมครั้งนี้ สำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ได้รับเกียรติจาก แพทย์หญิงอรวรรณ เชาว์สวัสดิ์ ผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลแม่อาย พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหาร ให้การต้อนรับอย่างอบอุ่น โดยทั้งสองฝ่ายได้ร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนแนวทางการเตรียมความพร้อมของแหล่งฝึกปฏิบัติ การพัฒนาระบบการเรียนรู้ในสถานบริการสุขภาพ และการสนับสนุนการฝึกปฏิบัติงานของนักศึกษา เพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์จริงในสภาพแวดล้อมการปฏิบัติงานวิชาชีพ

ภายหลังการประชุม คณะผู้บริหารและคณาจารย์ได้เยี่ยมชมหน่วยบริการต่าง ๆ ภายในโรงพยาบาล เพื่อสำรวจศักยภาพและความพร้อมของแหล่งฝึกปฏิบัติ อันจะนำไปสู่การพัฒนาความร่วมมือด้านการจัดการศึกษาที่มีประสิทธิภาพ ช่วยให้นักศึกษาสามารถบูรณาการองค์ความรู้สู่การปฏิบัติจริง พร้อมพัฒนาทักษะและสมรรถนะในการดูแลผู้รับบริการอย่างมีคุณภาพและด้วยหัวใจแห่งความเอื้ออาทร

ความร่วมมือระหว่างสถาบันการศึกษาและสถานบริการสุขภาพในครั้งนี้ สะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นร่วมกันในการผลิตบัณฑิตพยาบาลที่มีคุณภาพ พร้อมตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของระบบสุขภาพ และร่วมยกระดับการดูแลสุขภาพของประชาชนอย่างยั่งยืน

On 27 July 2026, faculty members from the School of Nursing, Mae Fah Luang University visited Mae Ai Hospital to meet with the hospital's executive team and discuss future collaboration in clinical nursing education. The meeting aimed to strengthen partnerships in clinical training and enhance high-quality learning experiences that prepare nursing students with the competencies required by professional nursing standards and the evolving healthcare system.

The delegation was warmly welcomed by Dr. Orawan Chaosawatdi, Director of Mae Ai Hospital, together with the hospital's executive team. Discussions focused on strengthening the readiness of clinical placement sites, enhancing learning systems within healthcare settings, and supporting students' clinical practice to ensure meaningful experiential learning in real-world healthcare environments.

Following the meeting, the faculty members and hospital executives toured various clinical departments to explore the hospital's capacity and readiness as a clinical training site. This collaborative initiative will contribute to enriching students' clinical learning experiences, enabling them to integrate theoretical knowledge into professional practice while developing the competencies needed to provide compassionate, high-quality patient care.

The collaboration between Mae Fah Luang University and Mae Ai Hospital reflects a shared commitment to preparing competent nursing graduates who are ready to meet the challenges of modern healthcare and contribute to the sustainable development of quality healthcare services.
