เมื่อวันที่ 21 สิงหาคม 2569 รองศาสตราจารย์ อรนลิน สิงขรณ์ ผู้แทนคณบดีสำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง เข้ารับโล่ประกาศเกียรติคุณจากสำนักงานสนับสนุนการควบคุมปัจจัยเสี่ยงทางสุขภาพ (สำนัก 2) สำนักงานกองทุนสนับสนุนการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ (สสส.) ในฐานะหน่วยงานภาคีหลักที่มีส่วนสำคัญในการร่วมขับเคลื่อนการดำเนินงานด้านการสร้างเสริมสุขภาวะและป้องกันปัจจัยเสี่ยงในกลุ่มเยาวชนจังหวัดเชียงราย

สำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ได้ร่วมดำเนิน “โครงการบูรณาการปัจจัยเสี่ยงทางสุขภาพ เพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะด้านสุขภาวะทางเพศ สุขภาพจิต และการป้องกันยาเสพติดในเยาวชนพื้นที่จังหวัดเชียงราย” โดยมีทีมงานหลัก ได้แก่ รองศาสตราจารย์ อรนลิน สิงขรณ์ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.จิราณี ปัญญาปิน และผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.พิมพ์พิสาข์ จอมศรี ซึ่งร่วมขับเคลื่อนกิจกรรมเพื่อพัฒนาความรู้ ทักษะ และภูมิคุ้มกันด้านสุขภาพของเยาวชน ตลอดจนส่งเสริมความร่วมมือระหว่างภาคีเครือข่ายในพื้นที่อย่างต่อเนื่อง

พิธีมอบโล่ประกาศเกียรติคุณจัดขึ้น ณ ห้องประชุมโรงแรมเอ็ม บูทีค รีสอร์ทเชียงราย อำเภอเมืองเชียงราย จังหวัดเชียงราย โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก นายประเสริฐ จิตต์พลีชีพ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดเชียงราย เป็นประธานในพิธีและมอบโล่ประกาศเกียรติคุณแก่หน่วยงานภาคี

การได้รับโล่ประกาศเกียรติคุณในครั้งนี้สะท้อนถึงบทบาทของสำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ในการนำองค์ความรู้และความเชี่ยวชาญทางวิชาการมาบูรณาการกับการทำงานเพื่อสังคม พร้อมทั้งสร้างความร่วมมือกับภาคีเครือข่ายในการส่งเสริมสุขภาวะ ป้องกันปัจจัยเสี่ยง และเสริมสร้างศักยภาพของเยาวชนในจังหวัดเชียงราย ให้มีความรู้และทักษะในการดูแลสุขภาพตนเอง และเติบโตอย่างมีคุณภาพ อันเป็นรากฐานสำคัญของการสร้างชุมชนและสังคมที่เข้มแข็งและยั่งยืน

การดำเนินงานดังกล่าวสอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (SDGs) เป้าหมายที่ 3: สุขภาพและความเป็นอยู่ที่ดี (Good Health and Well-being) โดยมุ่งส่งเสริมสุขภาพ ป้องกันปัจจัยเสี่ยง และเสริมสร้างศักยภาพด้านสุขภาพของเยาวชน

On 21 August 2026, Associate Professor Onnalin Singkhorn, representing the Dean of the School of Nursing, Mae Fah Luang University (MFU), received a Certificate of Recognition from the Health Risk Factor Control Support Office (Office 2), Thai Health Promotion Foundation (ThaiHealth), in recognition of the School’s role as a key partner in promoting youth well-being and preventing health risk factors in Chiang Rai Province.

The School of Nursing has participated in the “Integrated Health Risk Factor Project to Strengthen Sexual Health, Mental Health, and Drug Prevention Skills among Youth in Chiang Rai Province.” The core team comprises Associate Professor Onnalin Singkhorn, Assistant Professor Dr. Jiranee Panyapin, and Assistant Professor Dr. Pimpisa Chomsri. The team has worked to strengthen young people’s health knowledge, skills, and resilience, while fostering continuous collaboration among local partner networks.

The recognition ceremony was held at M Boutique Resort Chiang Rai, Mueang Chiang Rai District, Chiang Rai Province. The ceremony was presided over by Mr. Prasert Jitpleecheep, Deputy Governor of Chiang Rai Province, who presented the certificates of recognition to partner organizations.

This recognition reflects the School of Nursing’s commitment to applying academic knowledge and professional expertise to social engagement. Through collaboration with local networks, the School continues to contribute to health promotion, risk-factor prevention, and youth empowerment, helping young people in Chiang Rai develop the knowledge and skills needed to take care of their health and grow into healthy and capable members of society.

This initiative contributes to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being, through health promotion, risk-factor prevention, and strengthening health-related capacities among young people.
