ไทย–จีน ร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ สู่อนาคตการพยาบาล/Thai–Chinese Academic Exchange: Shaping the Future of Nursing

เมื่อวันที่ 4 กันยายน 2026 คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยการแพทย์แผนจีนยูนนาน ได้เชิญ ดร.พิมพ์รัตน์ บุณยะภักดิ์ รองคณบดีสำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง เป็นวิทยากรบรรยายพิเศษทางวิชาการแก่คณาจารย์และนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา โดยมีผู้เข้าร่วมมากกว่า 100 คน และมี รองคณบดี Zhang Shuowei เป็นประธานดำเนินการประชุม

การบรรยายมุ่งแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองเกี่ยวกับ ความท้าทายและทิศทางใหม่ของวิชาชีพการพยาบาล โดย ดร.พิมพ์รัตน์ ได้นำเสนอองค์ความรู้และประสบการณ์จากบริบทการพัฒนาวิชาชีพการพยาบาลในประเทศไทย ครอบคลุมประเด็นสำคัญ ได้แก่ การดูแลผู้สูงอายุ (Older Adult Care) การประยุกต์ใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ในการพยาบาล (Artificial Intelligence in Nursing) การดูแลด้านสุขภาพจิต (Mental Health Care) และการจัดการโรคเรื้อรัง (Chronic Disease Management)

ประเด็นสำคัญที่ได้รับการเน้นย้ำคือ ภายใต้การเปลี่ยนแปลงสู่ สังคมสูงวัย (Population Ageing) พยาบาลจำเป็นต้องผสาน การดูแลด้วยความเป็นมนุษย์ (Humanistic Care) เข้ากับการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีและปัญญาประดิษฐ์อย่างเหมาะสม โดยคำนึงถึงความต้องการของผู้ป่วยทั้งด้านร่างกายและจิตใจ เพื่อออกแบบการดูแลที่มีคุณภาพและเหมาะสมกับแต่ละบุคคล

นอกจากนี้ คณาจารย์และนักศึกษายังได้ร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นและอภิปรายประเด็นทางวิชาการอย่างสร้างสรรค์ ก่อให้เกิดการเชื่อมโยงองค์ความรู้ด้านการพยาบาลจากประเทศไทย จีน และบริบทระดับนานาชาติ

การแลกเปลี่ยนทางวิชาการครั้งนี้สะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของ สำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ในการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระดับนานาชาติ และสร้างโอกาสการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันระหว่างสถาบัน เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมบุคลากรทางการพยาบาลให้มีทั้ง ความรู้ ความเข้าใจในบริบทท้องถิ่น และวิสัยทัศน์ระดับนานาชาติ

ขณะเดียวกัน Nightingale Forum ยังคงเป็นเวทีสำคัญในการเชื่อมโยงองค์ความรู้และทรัพยากรทางวิชาการจากนานาประเทศ ตลอดจนสนับสนุนการพัฒนาความร่วมมือด้าน การศึกษาพยาบาลและการวิจัยระหว่างประเทศ อย่างต่อเนื่อง

การดำเนินกิจกรรมสอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (SDGs) ได้แก่ SDG 4: Quality Education ในด้านการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้และการพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากร และ SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals ในด้านการสร้างความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน

On 4 September 2026, the School of Nursing, Yunnan University of Chinese Medicine, invited Dr. Pimrat Boonyapuk, Deputy Dean of the School of Nursing, Mae Fah Luang University, to deliver a special academic lecture for faculty members and graduate students. More than 100 participants attended the session, which was chaired by Deputy Dean Zhang Shuowei.

The lecture focused on current challenges and emerging directions in the nursing profession. Drawing on the development of nursing in Thailand, Dr. Pimrat shared knowledge, professional perspectives, and practical experiences across key areas of contemporary nursing, including Older Adult Care, Artificial Intelligence in Nursing, Mental Health Care, and Chronic Disease Management.

A key message highlighted during the session was the importance of integrating Humanistic Care with the appropriate use of technology and artificial intelligence amid the growing trend of Population Ageing. Nurses need to consider patients’ needs holistically, addressing both physical and psychological dimensions in order to provide high-quality and individualized care.

The session also provided an opportunity for faculty members and students to engage in academic discussion and exchange perspectives, connecting nursing knowledge and experiences from Thailand, China, and the international nursing community.

This academic exchange reflects the commitment of the School of Nursing, Mae Fah Luang University, to strengthening international academic collaboration and creating opportunities for cross-border learning. It also supports the development of nursing professionals with strong knowledge, an understanding of local contexts, and a global perspective.

Meanwhile, the Nightingale Forum continues to serve as an important platform for connecting high-quality academic knowledge and resources from around the world, while promoting ongoing international collaboration in nursing education and research.

The activity contributes to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4: Quality Education, through knowledge exchange and capacity development, and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals, through international academic collaboration.
