สำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ขอแสดงความยินดีกับ นางสาววนิดา สิทธิกัน ศิษย์เก่าสำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ ซึ่งปฏิบัติงานในตำแหน่งพยาบาลวิชาชีพประจำหอผู้ป่วยจิตเวช โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี ในโอกาสได้รับรางวัล Star Nurse and Star Staff ประจำปี 2569 เพื่อยกย่องความมุ่งมั่น ทุ่มเท และความเป็นมืออาชีพในการปฏิบัติงานด้านการพยาบาล

ความสำเร็จครั้งนี้สะท้อนถึงบทบาทสำคัญของพยาบาลในการดูแลผู้รับบริการอย่างมีคุณภาพ โดยเฉพาะการพยาบาลสุขภาพจิตและจิตเวช ซึ่งต้องอาศัยทั้งความรู้และทักษะทางวิชาชีพ การสื่อสารอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ตลอดจนความเข้าใจและเอาใจใส่ในความต้องการของผู้ป่วยแต่ละบุคคล เพื่อส่งเสริมสุขภาวะและคำนึงถึงศักดิ์ศรีความเป็นมนุษย์

The School of Nursing, Mae Fah Luang University, proudly congratulates Ms. Wanida Sitthikan, an alumna of the School of Nursing and a registered nurse in the Psychiatric Ward at Ramathibodi Hospital, on receiving the Star Nurse and Star Staff Award 2026 in recognition of her dedication, commitment, and professionalism in nursing practice.

This achievement highlights the important role nurses play in delivering high-quality care. Psychiatric and mental health nursing, in particular, requires professional knowledge and skills, effective communication, and a compassionate understanding of each patient’s individual needs to promote well-being and uphold human dignity.
