วันที่ 2 พฤศจิกายน 2569 ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ชมพูนุช โสภาจารีย์ คณบดีสำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง นำคณะผู้บริหาร อาจารย์ และบุคลากร เข้าร่วมโครงการพัฒนาหลักสูตรและเตรียมความพร้อมในการจัดการเรียนการสอนพยาบาลศาสตรศึกษา การพัฒนาหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต การบริหารหลักสูตรเฉพาะทาง และการวางแผนอัตรากำลัง ระหว่างวันที่ 2–4 พฤศจิกายน 2569 ณ คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ (ศูนย์รังสิต)

ในการนี้ คณะผู้เข้าร่วมได้ศึกษาดูงานและแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ในหัวข้อ “การพัฒนาหลักสูตรและการเตรียมความพร้อมในการจัดการเรียนการสอนพยาบาลศาสตรศึกษา พยาบาลศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต การบริหารหลักสูตรเฉพาะทาง และการวางแผนอัตรากำลัง” โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.เยาวรัตน์ มัชฌิม คณบดีคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ เป็นผู้บรรยายและถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ ตลอดจนแนวทางการดำเนินงานด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรและการบริหารจัดการศึกษาพยาบาล

กิจกรรมดังกล่าวเป็นโอกาสสำคัญในการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้และแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีด้านการจัดการศึกษาพยาบาล การพัฒนาหลักสูตร และการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล รวมถึงส่งเสริมความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระหว่างสถาบัน เพื่อนำประสบการณ์ที่ได้รับไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนาคุณภาพการจัดการศึกษาพยาบาลและยกระดับองค์กรสู่ความเป็นเลิศอย่างต่อเนื่อง

On November 2, 2026, Assistant Professor Dr. Chompunut Sopajaree, Dean of the School of Nursing, Mae Fah Luang University, led a delegation of administrators, faculty members, and staff to participate in a project focusing on curriculum development, preparation for nursing education, Bachelor of Nursing Science curriculum development, specialized nursing program management, and workforce planning. The project was held from November 2–4, 2026, at the Faculty of Nursing, Thammasat University (Rangsit Campus).

During the visit, the delegation participated in a study visit and knowledge-sharing session on “Curriculum Development and Preparation for Nursing Education, Master of Nursing Science Programs, Specialized Nursing Program Management, and Workforce Planning.” Associate Professor Dr. Yaowarat Matchim, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, Thammasat University, delivered a special lecture and shared knowledge and best practices in curriculum development and nursing education management.

The activity provided a valuable opportunity to exchange knowledge and best practices in nursing education, curriculum development, and human resource management, while strengthening academic collaboration between the institutions. The insights gained will be applied to enhance the quality of nursing education and support continuous organizational excellence.
