สำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง จัดกิจกรรม “ปัจฉิมนิเทศนักศึกษาหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต” ระหว่างวันที่ 7–8 เมษายน 2569 ณ ห้องประดู่แดง 1 อาคารพลเอกสำเภา ชูศรี เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมให้นักศึกษาก่อนก้าวสู่การเป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพอย่างเต็มภาคภูมิ
กิจกรรมในวันแรก (7 เมษายน 2569) เริ่มต้นด้วยพิธีเปิดโดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ชมพูนุช โสภาจารีย์ คณบดีสำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ พร้อมด้วยกิจกรรมพิเศษจากนายกสมาคมพยาบาลแห่งประเทศไทยฯ สาขาภาคเหนือ ที่ได้มาพบปะและให้ข้อคิดแก่นักศึกษา
นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการบรรยายพิเศษในหัวข้อ “แนวทางการดำเนินชีวิตพยาบาลวิชาชีพหลังสำเร็จการศึกษา” และ “ทำงานอย่างไรในยุค AI ให้ได้ใจคนโซเชียล” โดยวิทยากรผู้มีประสบการณ์ตรงในวิชาชีพ รวมถึงกิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์จากรุ่นพี่ศิษย์เก่า เพื่อสร้างแรงบันดาลใจและแนวทางในการพัฒนาตนเองในสายวิชาชีพพยาบาล
สำหรับวันที่ 8 เมษายน 2569 เป็นกิจกรรม Open House เปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาได้พบกับตัวแทนจากหน่วยงานและโรงพยาบาลทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชนจำนวนมาก ทั้งในรูปแบบ onsite และ online เพื่อรับฟังข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับโอกาสการทำงาน สวัสดิการ และเส้นทางความก้าวหน้าในวิชาชีพ อีกทั้งยังมีการจัดบูธนิทรรศการจากโรงพยาบาลต่าง ๆ ให้ผู้เข้าร่วมได้เยี่ยมชมและสอบถามข้อมูลโดยตรง
กิจกรรมในครั้งนี้ถือเป็นอีกหนึ่งเวทีสำคัญในการเตรียมความพร้อมด้านวิชาชีพ เสริมสร้างความมั่นใจ และเปิดมุมมองด้านอาชีพให้แก่นักศึกษาพยาบาล ก่อนก้าวสู่การทำงานในระบบบริการสุขภาพอย่างมีคุณภาพในอนาคต
The School of Nursing, Mae Fah Luang University, organized the “Graduation Orientation Program for Nursing Students” during April 7–8, 2026, at Pradu Daeng 1 Room, General Samphao Chusri Building. The program aimed to prepare graduating students for their transition into professional nursing practice with confidence and competence.
On April 7, 2026, the program commenced with an opening ceremony presided over by Assistant Professor Dr. Chompunut Sopajaree, Dean of the School of Nursing. A special session was also delivered by the President of the Nurses’ Association of Thailand, Northern Region, who provided valuable insights and encouragement to the students.
The program featured a series of keynote lectures on “Career Pathways for Professional Nurses after Graduation” and “Working Effectively in the AI Era to Engage with Social Media,” delivered by experienced nursing professionals. In addition, a panel discussion with alumni was organized to share real-world experiences and career development perspectives, offering students inspiration and practical guidance.
On April 8, 2026, an Open House event was held, providing opportunities for students to engage with representatives from various healthcare organizations and hospitals from both public and private sectors. The sessions were conducted in both onsite and online formats, covering employment opportunities, benefits, and career advancement pathways. Exhibition booths were also arranged, allowing participants to interact with potential employers directly.
This program serves as an important platform to equip nursing students with essential knowledge, enhance their professional readiness, and broaden their career perspectives as they step into the healthcare workforce.
